The lower and upper surfaces are completely smooth and free of interstices to meet the requirements of hygiene, the rounded edges to make the product more robust and safe during transport, are resistant to high and low temperatures and easily washable and sterilizable.
Standard colour white but, depending on the quantity, possibility of making other colours to customize the product.
